Jon Wechter is a former U.S. Army Ranger with multiple combat deployments, an elite athlete, and a national bodybuilding champion. With a Bachelors in Exercise Science and extensive real-world experience, Jon has dedicated his career to helping others reach peak physical performance—whether for competition, daily life, or simply becoming the best version of themselves.
While serving in the Ranger Battalion, Jon collaborated with top-tier sports scientists to maintain peak warfighting readiness, gaining unique expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and high-performance conditioning. Today, he applies that same elite standard to Be Bad Fitness—a fully tailored fitness program designed around each client’s goals, body, and lifestyle.
Jon provides clients with daily support, personalized training plans, and expert guidance. Through a custom-built fitness app, clients receive workouts, meal planning, and progress tracking, all adapted to individual needs and goals.
